Goldman Sachs Alternatives completed the acquisition of Anderson Anderson & Brown from August Equity.

Goldman Sachs Alternatives, the private equity arm of Goldman Sachs, completed the acquisition of Anderson Anderson & Brown, a UK-based professional services firm, from August Equity, a UK-based private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are delighted to invest in AAB at this hugely exciting stage in its evolution.
