Local Connect to acquire Öckerö Stadsnät from Öckerö Fastigheter.

Local Connect, which operates and develops city networks with a focus on local presence, agreed to acquire Öckerö Stadsnät, a quality fiber network from Öckerö Fastigheter, a real estate company that offers rental properties, particularly residential apartments. Financial terms were not disclosed. "It feels fantastic that we have now signed this agreement after an intensive process," Fredrik Adlervik, Öckerö Fastigheter Chairman of the Board.
