Solor Bioenergi completed the acquisition of Vallentuna District Heating Network from E.ON.

Solor Bioenergi, a Nordic company in renewable energy, completed the acquisition of Vallentuna District Heating Network from E.ON, an international and privately-owned energy supplier. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are pleased to complete the divestment to a well-known player in the district heating market.
