Sostenya Group–backed Haiki+ completed the acquisition of Ecobat Resources Italy from Ecobat.

Sostenya Group backed-Haiki+, an Italian circular economy platform, completed the acquisition of Ecobat Resources Italy, a recycliing company of lead-acid batteries and producer of lead and lead alloys, from Ecobat, a global battery recycling and resource recovery company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are pleased to announce the completion of this transaction involving our Italian recycling operations.
