Sibelco, a global material solutions company, completed the acquisition of Envy Recycling, a company specializing in the recycling of both container and flat glass, SPL Recycling, a company that handles glass recycling, SPL Servis, a company that engages in the recycling process, and CEEK, a Czech-based glass recycling company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
