Nordic Capital-backed European Dental Group completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Fresh Tandartsen from Livingbridge.

Nordic Capital-backed European Dental Group, a pan-European organization in the dental healthcare sector, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Fresh Tandartsen, a dental service organization in the Netherlands, from Livingbridge, a private equity firm.
