Faropoint, a tech-driven industrial real estate investment manager, completed the acquisition of 1.8m sq ft industrial portfolio from Mapletree, a global real estate development, investment, capital and property management company, for $328m. “Mapletree remains bullish on the long-term potential of the U.S. industrial market.
