Ingersoll Rand completed the acquisition of Adicomp and TMIC for €160m.

Ingersoll Rand, an industrial manufacturer, completed the acquisition of Adicomp, an Italian company specializing in the design and manufacturing of compressor packages for various gases, and TMIC, an Italian manufacturer of oil-injected screw compressors for air & gas applications, for €160m. “TMIC/Adicomp are leading businesses in their respective industries, and today we welcome them to Ingersoll Rand.
