Harvest Partners, a private equity firm that makes investments in middle-market companies, completed the majority acquisition of The Learning Experience, a company that provides child care and early education services for infants through preschool-aged children, from Golden Gate Capital, an American private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We have been pursuing early childhood education as a priority sector for several years and believe TLE is a premier platform in the industry. TLE's unique brand, proprietary curriculum, and strong operational support are highly valued by parents and franchisees alike.
