If P&C Insurance, a Nordic insurance company that provides protection against unexpected financial losses and offers advice to reduce risk, and part of Sampo, completed the merger with Topdanmark, a Denmark’s insurance company. Financial terms were not disclosed. Following the cross-border merger, If P&C Insurance becomes Denmark’s second-largest insurance provider.
