PAI Partners-backed European Camping Group completed the acquisition of Alannia Resorts from Grupo Marjal and Corpfin Capital.

PAI Partners-backed European Camping Group, a France-based company in outdoor accommodation, completed the acquisition of Alannia Resorts, a Spanish operator of large-scale camping resorts, from Grupo Marjal, a Spanish corporate group specializing in the living sector, with a focus on residential, tourism, and flex-living segments, and Corpfin Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The Alannia management team is very excited about this next chapter with ECG, with whom we share a common set of values and culture.
