Clearlake Capital-backed PrimeSource Brands completed the acquisition of Fortress Railing Products.

Clearlake Capital-backed PrimeSource Brands, a North American provider of specialty branded building products, completed the acquisition of Fortress Railing Products, an American designer and distributor of railing systems. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Fortress Railing has been a leader in the outdoor living segment for over 20 years, recognized for quality, durability, versatility, and ease of installation. The PrimeSource Brands team is eager to collaborate with management to further develop the current outdoor living portfolio," Tom Koos, PrimeSource Brands CEO.
