Restel Taukopaikat, a Finnish company established to manage and expand operations in the traffic station and rest-stop sectors, completed the acquisition of five station businesses of K-liikenneasema, a firm managing the grocery, restaurant, and café operations at Neste K service stations in Finland. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition expands Restel’s presence in rest stop services as part of the Tradeka Group, offering convenience store, restaurant, and automotive services.
