TeamSystem completed the acquisition of ClicData from Odyssée Venture.

TeamSystem, a developer and distributor of management software solutions, completed the acquisition of ClicData, a SaaS company, from Odyssée Venture, a company specializing in ESG investment. Financial terms were not disclosed. The addition of the ClicData platform to its product offering will enable TeamSystem to further enhance its Business Intelligence (BI) services for its 2.5 million customers, consisting mainly of micro, small and medium-sized businesses.
