Railpen completed the acquisition of Horizon Ceremonies from Maven Capital Partners for £40m.

Railpen, a pension administration and investment management service provider, completed the acquisition of Horizon Ceremonies, a provider funeral and cremation services, from Maven Capital Partners, a private equity and property manager offering SME funding options and smart equity investment opportunities, for £40m. “Our investment in Horizon is directly aligned with Railpen’s purpose of securing the future for our members by delivering strong, diversified investment returns while having a positive impact on the communities in which we invest.
