P&O Maritime Logistics to acquire NovaAlgoma Cement Carriers from Nova Marine and Algoma Central.

P&O Maritime Logistics, a UAE-based maritime services company and subsidiary of DP World, agreed to acquire NovaAlgoma Cement Carriers, a cement-focused maritime shipping operator, from Nova Marine, a Switzerland-based maritime group, and Algoma Central, a Canada-based shipping company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are proud of what we have achieved at NACC and excited about the opportunities ahead with DP World and P&O Maritime Logistics.
