GRÄPER completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Enervision.

GRÄPER, a provider of technical building solutions for the modern utility industry, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Enervision, a specialist in digitalization and programming in the energy sector. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With the acquisition of shares by GRÄPER, Enervision benefits from the diverse expertise of the group in energy technology. Enervision gains market access and, thanks to GRÄPER's decades of know-how, can develop and offer targeted new and further developed IT solutions,” Christian Möllering, Enervision Managing Director.
