GRÄPER, a provider of technical building solutions for the modern utility industry, completed the acquisition of Innecken Elektrotechnik, an electrical engineering firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "With GRÄPER, we have found a new owner who, through their expertise and in-depth industry knowledge, will continue to lead and develop the company for the long term.
