Timestamp Group completed the acquisition of Arin Innovation and Fin4Retail Solutions.

Timestamp Group, offering a wide range of products and services that support the digital transformation of businesses, completed the acquisition of Arin Innovation, a provider of IT consulting services, and Fin4Retail Solutions, an information technology company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The integration of Arin and Fin4Retail represents another step in the international expansion strategy of the Timestamp Group. This consolidation allows us not only to strengthen our geographical presence and service offering in Spain, but also to enhance the scope and capabilities of our Solutions & Applications business area,” Sérgio Pena Dias, Timestamp Group Chairman.
