Conzima Construction completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Himolla Polstermöbel from Welle Holding.

Conzima Construction, a German company specializing in providing consulting and other services within the construction industry, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Himolla Polstermöbel, a German company and Europe's largest upholstered furniture manufacturer, from Welle Holding, a company in the furniture manufacturing industry. Financial terms were not disclosed.
