Royal Gold completed the acquisition of Horizon Copper for $196m.

Royal Gold, a company specializing in acquiring and managing precious metal streams and royalties, completed the acquisition of Horizon Copper, a company that specializes in the exploration and production of copper, for $196m. "The acquisition of Horizon, in combination with our acquisition of Sandstorm Gold, fits our strategic goal of acquiring high-quality and long-life royalty and streaming interests.
