CNL Strategic Capital completed the acquisition of IFPG from Princeton.

CNL Strategic Capital, a company that owns private companies and seeks to provide long-term growth and monthly income, completed the acquisition of IFPG, a membership-based organization, from Princeton, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Today’s milestone is a testament to the quality of the business and the strength of the entire IFPG team.
