United Energy LNG to merge with Power LNG.

United Energy LNG, a wholly-owned subsidiary of United Energy Corporation developing modular liquefaction plants, agreed to merge with Power LNG, a modular small-scale LNG projects developer. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This merger represents the alignment of speed, innovation, and execution.
