Beacon Pointe Advisors completed the acquisition of Hart & Patterson Financial Group.

Beacon Pointe Advisors, an independent Registered Investment Advisory firm, completed the acquisition of Hart & Patterson Financial Group, a provider of investment management, business advisory along with financial, tax and retirement planning services. Financial terms were not disclosed. Hart & Patterson Financial Group is another female-led independent advisory firm joining Beacon Pointe. With approximately $284m in client assets and based in Western Massachusetts, the team is dedicated to a holistic approach to financial planning that encompasses all facets of each stage of life.
