Bertram Capital-backed APPLIED Adhesives completed the acquisition of HG Adhesive Dispensing.

Bertram Capital-backed APPLIED Adhesives, a distributor and manufacturer of adhesive solutions, completed the acquisition of HG Adhesive Dispensing, a provider of custom meter, mix, dispensing and cartridge filling equipment.
