Greenlight Networks to acquire Loop Internet

Greenlight Networks, is ultra-high-speed fiber Internet service provider offering residential and small business customers symmetrical connection speeds of up to 8 Gigabits per second, agreed to acquire Loop Internet, a locally-owned and operated internet provider headquartered in Scranton, PA. Financial Terms are not disclosed.
