Villar Group to acquire PASAR from Glencore.

Villar Group, a Filipino business conglomerate, agreed to acquire PASAR, a copper smelter and refinery plant, from Glencore, a global diversified natural resources company that produces and markets commodities. Financial terms were not disclosed.
