Sedna completed the acquisition of Dataloy Systems.

Sedna, a intelligent communication platform for global trade and complex logistics, completed the acquisition of Dataloy Systems, a Voyage Management Software provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Over the past year we have seen a shift in the market’s response to the Dataloy platform. The rebuild means that Dataloy brings critical executional capabilities to Sedna.
