Madison Dearborn Partners-backed AIR Control Concepts, a company that partners with and supports commercial HVAC solutions providers, completed the acquisition of MaRRS Distribution, a logistics and distribution services intended to serve a multitude of customer segments. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This is an announcement we’ve been looking forward to for some time.
