Pib Group completed the acquisition of Nemesi.

PIB Group, a company that specialises in providing specialist insurance solutions, completed the acquisition of Nemesi, an Italian company specialised in providing automotive services and claims management. Financial terms are not disclosed. “By joining PIB Group, Nemesi will be able to realise its full potential in an international context. The synergies with the Group will allow us to strengthen our positioning, broaden access to the insurance market, and accelerate the evolution of its offering. This strategic step projects Nemesi into a new phase of growth, which will see it become a leading player in its sector at the European level as well,” Marco Riccardi, Nemesi CEO.
