Renewable Power International and Cube Infrastructure Managers to acquire hydro power plants business of Iberdrola.

Renewable Power International, an independent power producer, and Cube Infrastructure Managers, an asset manager specializing in infrastructure investment, agreed to acquire hydro power plants business of Iberdrola, a global energy provider specializing in renewable energy, smart networks, solar energy solutions, and energy storage solutions. Financial terms are not disclosed.
