Corpfin Capital, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Montplet Group, an industrial distributor of alcohol blends and other solvents. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Montplet Group, the national leader in ethanol-based solutions, has reached an agreement to bring Corpfin Capital on board as a strategic partner to accelerate its growth," Corpfin Capital statement.
