Roca Group completed the acquisition of Phoenix Tapware.

Roca Group, a global enterprise dedicated to the production and sale of solutions that cover all the needs of the bathroom space, completed the acquisition of Phoenix Tapware, a designer and manufacturer of tapware, showers, and bathroom accessories for residential and commercial projects. Financial terms were not disclosed. With this acquisition, the group strengthens its position in Australia, where it is already present with its global brands Roca and Laufen.
