Innovatio Capital, an Atlanta-based sports and data investment firm, completed the acquisition Querétaro FC, a Mexican professional football club, from Grupo Caliente, a Mexican company involved in the sports betting and gaming industry, for $120m. “We looked at over 200 different investments across the world and saw the most potential in Mexico.
