Iberis Capital completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Dourogás GNV for $32m.

Iberis Capital, a private equity and venture capital manager, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Dourogás GNV, a provider of biomethane-powered solutions for heavy-duty and passenger transport in Portugal, for $32m. “This business unit offers a proven model for replacing fossil fuels in transport. We believe this investment can significantly boost the growth of clean mobility in Portugal,” Diogo Chalbert Santos, Iberis Capital Partner.
