La Doria completed the acquisition of Fegé and Fegé Logistica from Feger di Gerardo Ferraioli and Sapori del Sole.

Feger di Gerardo Ferraioli, a producer of tomato derivatives, pulses and ready-to-use sauces, and Sapori del Sole, a food company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The closing of this transaction marks an important step in our growth journey.
