Oras Group to acquire Gustavsberg and Vatette from Villeroy & Boch.

Oras Group, a European provider of sanitary fittings, agreed to acquire Gustavsberg, a Swedish company with a long history of producing porcelain, and Vatette, a provider of installation products for complete tap water systems, from Villeroy & Boch, a supplier in the dining and lifestyle, bathroom, and wellness sectors. Financial terms were not disclosed. ”This acquisition is truly an exciting step for us.
