IN-BUL Constructions completed the acquisition of IMES from Kongsberg Maritime.

IN-BUL Constructions, a Polish manufacturer and industrial service provider specializing in large-scale steel structures and heavy machinery, completed the acquisition of IMES, a Polish manufacturing company specializing in lifting and handling equipment, from Kongsberg Maritime, a provider of maritime technology systems. Financial terms were not disclosed.
