Waters to merge with BD's Biosciences & Diagnostic Solutions business in a $17.5bn deal.

Waters, an analytical laboratory instrument manufacturing company, agreed to merge with BD's Biosciences & Diagnostic Solutions business, a business of Becton, Dickinson and Company, a multinational medical technology, in a $17.5bn deal. "This transaction marks a pivotal milestone in Waters' transformation journey as we embark on a new chapter of growth and value creation.
