Sphinx completed the acquisition of Enigma International.

Sphinx, a provider of security solutions that integrate intelligence, cyber, and physical security principles, completed the acquisition of Enigma International, a provider of professional and technical services to defense and intelligence clients. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are thrilled to welcome Enigma into the Sphinx family.
