Partners Group, GIC, TPG Rise Climate and Mubadala completed the acquisition of Techem

Partners Group, GIC, TPG Rise Climate and Mubadala, investment companies, completed the acquisition of Techem, an international provider of digitally enabled solutions for the real estate sector. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are delighted to have completed the transaction and look forward to working with our new owners. Together, we will write the next chapter in our growth story and strengthen our position as a leading digital provider of submetering solutions for the real estate sector across Europe.
