Marlin Equity Partners-backed Qodea, the largest dedicated Google Cloud transformation consultancy, agreed to acquire Bynd, a digital and technology consultancy partnering with major global brands to design, build, and scale transformative AI and cloud-based solutions from NEXT 15, a UK-listed digital communications and technology group.
