Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan to acquire Donte Group from Advent for €1bn.

Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, a global investment firm, agreed to acquire Donte Group, a dental platform, from Advent International, a private equity firm, for €1bn. “This investment builds on our experience in healthcare services globally and reflects our conviction in investing in leading companies operating in our core sectors in Europe.
