Apax Partners to acquire a 26% stake in Foods Connected from Hilton Food Group for £22m.

Apax Partners, an investment fund, agreed to acquire a 26% stake in Foods Connected, a food industry solutions provider, from Hilton Food Group, a food products company, for £22m.
