GEI-backed Twintec Group completed the acquisition of Mendes.

GEI-backed Twintec Group, a global design-and-build contractor specializing in high-performance industrial concrete flooring, completed the acquisition of Mendes, a construction company that specializes in industrial flooring and concrete paving solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are pleased to announce the acquisition of Mendes and to have earned the trust of its founder, José Mendes. This is an important step for Twintec, allowing us to continue his legacy and strengthen our presence in France, a strategic market for the group's future.
