The Sterling Group to acquire a majority stake in Precision Concepts International from ONCAP.

The Sterling Group, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire a majority stake in Precision Concepts International, a provider of specialty rigid packaging solutions, from ONCAP, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "I would like to thank ONCAP for their consistent, supportive partnership over the last eight years and their confidence in us to continue as a minority investor.
