Natixis Investment Managers-backed Gateway Investment Advisers, an options-based investment solutions provider, completed the acquisition of Belmont Capital Group, an investment adviser. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The integration of Belmont’s expertise in single-stock risk management enhances Gateway’s ability to deliver tailored hedging and options strategies to clients and extends the capabilities of AIA, Natixis IM’s direct-indexing platform, by adding options-based overlay strategies to its tax management toolkit, including for high-net-worth individuals with concentrated equity positions," Natixis.
