Infinedi Partners-backed CEA CAPA, a global education provider specializing in study abroad and international internship programs for university students, completed the acquisition of CIS Abroad, a US-based provider of international education programs for undergraduate students, CISaustralia, an Australian provider of study abroad, internship, and volunteer programs for university students, and Barcelona SAE, a boutique study abroad and internship provider that focused exclusively on programs in Barcelona, from Global Educators, their parent company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This integration brings together some of the best partnerships, innovative programs, locations, talent, and experience in the field of education abroad.
