Fengate-backed CanPro Roofing Partners completed the acquisition of Toiture Perreault.

Fengate-backed CanPro Roofing Partners, a Canadian roofing platform, completed the acquisition of Toiture Perreault, a Quebec-based roofing company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to launch CanPro Roofing Partners and elevate the standard of commercial roof replacement and maintenance in Canada.
