Fortbrand Services completed the acquisition of Xcēd Aviation Services from Sasser Family Companies.

Fortbrand Services, a company that provides aircraft equipment and services, completed the acquisition of Xcēd Aviation Services, an aviation ground support equipment company from Sasser Family Companies, a family of transportation businesses. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are thrilled to welcome Xcēd’s customers and employees to the Fortbrand family.
